Select the event category according to the definitions below.
Use upper and lower case for all entries.
Enter dates in the mm/dd/ccyy format.
Enter 'AM' or 'PM'; do not use periods
Enter Start Time only, or leave blank
Italicized event: entry is required
A school-based entry shall use only event categories with the word 'school' in the event category name.
