Our Services

The IUSD Information Technology Team offers hardware support, software support, project management, custom development/implementation projects and professional learning services throughout the District.  See below to connect with us.

  • Help Desk - For any technology issue, visit https://support.iusd.org.  This site will allow you to access more than 100 tutorials and submit support tickets. You may also email or call the Help Desk (helpdesk@iusd.org, 936-5060).  Technology Department hours are 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The Help Desk system is also monitored for emergency requests during opening of schools after hours/on weekends.
  • Into Irvine - Understand what makes IUSD great and get connected to resources for updating personal information, accessing technology and finding support.
  • Supported Software- IUSD supported software programs, including training documentation, are listed on the Supported Services page of this site.  Additional resources for teachers are available on the EdTech site.
  • Professional Learning - The EdTech team offers software-specific training, onsite coaching and open houses for teachers to receive support in instructional technology.  Check out upcoming trainings on the EdTech site.
