2020 Federal W-4

Use this form to change your federal withholdings status and allowances. An updated State DE-4 form is

also required to be submitted along with the 2020 Form W-4.

*Any alterations such as crossing out information or white out will make the form invalid. The default wil be single with zero allowances until a new Form DE-4 is submitted to Payroll.
