10/12/2016:  2:00pm-2:30pm Access to external websites - We are currently experiencing an outage impacting access to the internet/external websites. Network Services is working on the issue.

9/2/2016:  Portola HS - Data/phones are currently down.  AT&T and IT staff are onsite to coordinate repoairs.   Access restored at 10:15am.

8/30/2016:  Staff cannot login to Absence Management (Aesop) using IUSD Username and Password.  (Phone access is still available).  IT Staff are working on the issue.  Status: RESOLVED

8/30/2016- 12pm: www.IUSD.org is not available from outside IUSD at this time.  Network Services is working to resolve the issue.  Status: RESOLVED

7/10/2016: Email (Office 365) Access - some users are currently unable to login to email and Office 365 services (One Drive, One Note, Sharepoint). The issue began on 7/10/16. To regain access, affected users must reset their passwords at https://identity.iusd.org.  A brief tutorial on the password change process  is available here.
